Robert Walker is an award winning Writer and Publicist who began working in the performing arts industry after attending Colgate University in 1981. His early work included personal management of upstart music artists, fashion show producer, and concert promoter.

He moved to Atlanta, Georgia in 1996 where he worked the Centennial Olympic games selling a relatively new item to Olympic patrons at the Georgia Dome that banks were really making an investment in called, debit cards. The cards were a combination money card and sports card that featured images of the great Olympians competing at the games.

Robert was one of the top sales people at the games earning him a chance to meet the Beer Baron of Germany who hosted the closing ceremony party with dignitaries from all over the world. That type of exposure and marketing work during the Olympics, and subsequent work post Olympics, allowed him to transition his management work with artists, to marketing and public relations work.

As a freelance Public Relations Consultant, Robert’s clients have included the NBA's only licensed female designer of women's sports apparel, Deborah Williams of Her Game 2;  The Sickle Cell Anemia Disease Association of America; Gospel Artist and 2009 NAACP Image Award nominee, Omega Bugembe Okello; Electric Soul Singer, Esnavi; famed Dancer and Actress, Trina Parks, Filmmaker, Nicole Franklin, Jazz Singer, Freda Payne and actresses, Sheryl Lee Ralph and Dr. Tommie Tonea Stewart, to name a few.
